MEET Amber Lopez - Owner & Operator

Amber Lopez is the heart behind Root & Bloom, a lifelong beauty professional, educator, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry. What began as a childhood passion has evolved into a purpose-driven career dedicated to elevating industry professionals through integrity, sustainability, and meaningful business growth.

With a background and degree in Business Management, Amber balanced the corporate world while attending cosmetology school at night. Upon graduating, she wasted no time stepping fully into her calling, renting a chair and working behind it immediately. Her drive and vision quickly led her to salon ownership, and over time, one salon grew into three. Long before “clean beauty” became a buzzword, Amber was deeply committed to organic products and sustainable salon practices, building businesses rooted in health, transparency, and long-term impact.

After more than a decade as a salon owner, Amber worked with nearly every organic professional hair care brand available, always searching for the best. In 2017, she discovered NATULIQUE®, and it changed everything. Aligned in values and performance, she never looked back. Shortly after, Amber stepped into a larger role, becoming an extension of the brand by leading distribution in the state of Florida. What began locally has since expanded to servicing salons and stylists throughout multiple states along the East Coast.

Now based in North Carolina, Amber continues to grow her distribution business while proudly embracing life as a mom of two. She is deeply fulfilled by supporting beauty professionals, especially women, in achieving financial stability, confidence, and success in their businesses. For Amber, their wins are her wins.
